Been working on this concept. I would like to change the sky out for something less overbright... and maybe get some mountains in the back. i'm having issues with hdri's... they appear too close. Thanks Fletch, I didn't know that helped smooth it out.

I think you're right jpalm, about the camera. not sure why it looks so funny. the angle just seems weird.

Thanks Fletch. I've added two versions. just a subtle post processing between them. they both introduce a car in the parking lot. One is slightly blur'd.

I love the progression from your first render to the latter ones. These are great. I especially like your use of lighting. It really looks like a window pane of light on that sofa. Very photo real. Great job.
