lovely image chief. is this effect easily achieved through PS?

need to fix your wine glass , looks like a 2d face me 'cause no shadow cast...or is it just the camera angle?

i agree with the ceiling lights comment, its on my list of things to do Lighting is something i've never quite mastered but i ain't one for quitting follwing your advice in the other threads i'll hopefully get closer to what i want to achieve within a reduced time frame too ta much!

i was thinking about something similar to Gaieus relating to transferring licenses... is it possible to setup a 'dongle' or similar to allow transferring of license? i'm thinking along the lines of x1 commercial license used primarily in the workplace but being able to take that license on to a lapt...

Did you just merge two images? in photoshop for example?

cheers for the info Fletch. Overclocking is something i've looked into on many occasions but never felt confident enough to do. I ain't ashamed, just thought it be a bit faster but hey, just means rendering through the night or while i'm at work

i think its the mountain background, its too out of focus compared to the rest of the shot

i like the artistic feel/slight 'fuzz' of the renders though, nice
