Re: Problem installing with Sketchup 2014

Many thanks, all sorted. It was simply a case of deleting the files in AppData as you suggested.

Problem installing with Sketchup 2014

I've just updated Sketchup to 2014, initially tried to simply copy over Twilight from my old 2013 folder but then realised I should download the latest version from Twilight website. I did this, installed it and selected the default location for 2014 as per the post on this forum. On opening Sketchu...

Re: Catholic Church Renders

Hi Edmund Nice work - we're working on some religious projects at the moment so found your project very interesting. How did you achieve the stained glass renderings - I've found if I add an image of stained glass in Twilight, but then make it transluscent to allow light through, the strength of the...

Re: Penthouse Apartment

Well spotted - it's the background image I use for the sky, not being where it should be or doing what it should be doing! Timescales and deadlines mean it is one of those things that I put up with, however at some point I am determined to have some proper back ground views out of my windows!

Re: White house

I like it very much. I must say your new people are very well matched with the perspective - I always shy away from adding people for fear of getting them wrong. Good work fella :^:

Re: Penthouse Apartment

Thanks very much for the nice feedback. As for the material for the frosted glass, it is the frosted glass from the Twilight library. What I'm finding really great about Twilight is that so much stuff seems to work 'as it comes' without too much messing about. I've found myself sometimes messing abo...

Reflective materials

Is there a way of applying a highly reflective finish to materials I make myself in SU/Twilight? I know there is the 'highly reflective' finishes in the templates, but I am after something much more reflective - like glass but with solid colour. I have tried starting out with a glass template, turni...

Penthouse Apartment

Hi Everyone Thought it was about time I posted some of my work rather than simply 'lurking' around looking at everyone elses! This was my first project for a paying client using Twilight, I must say I enjoyed it very much as I normally use Rhino with Flamingo, but I find SU with Twilight very libera...
