That's pretty good mate
It feels a little out of scale in relation to the backround.....but as you said, that was a quick addition.
And for what its worth it....for the sake of realism...it probably needs a fountain head just above water level.
And some ripples?

Re: Suburban Garden
A nice image....leaving alone the 2D/3D plant thing :) I like the lawn and gravel textures. I find the area around and above the pond a little congested and possibly not indicating clearly [in this image] your design intentions. And for what its worth, I would be inclined to make that pond area stro...

Re: Corporate courtyard WIP
Okie....the 2D plants I use. I have a library of around 5000 CadPlants http://www.cadplants.com/ Generally pretty good images....particularly smaller shrubs and plants....[larger trees tend to be less well cutout, for obvious reasons.] They come in a variety of packs and file types including Skp. I ...

Re: Corporate courtyard WIP
Its looking pretty good!
I'm not a fan of 3D vegetation in PR renders and while the palms look OK the Bamboo in the planters look less good.
There is some better looking Bamboo in the 3D warehouse.
I would also experiment with reducing the scale of the weave texture on the furniture.

Garden Pavilion
Reasonably happy with this...a slight HDR effect... which might have messed the clouds a bit.
Bear in mind this is one of twenty renders for this client so I didnt have too much time to finesse

I will happily take out associate menbership of this club but my main gripe will be directed towards PhotoShop....in my humble opinion.....Overpriced, Bloated, Anti-Intuitive, and pandering to the worst kind of nerdish elitism [Absolutly excepting all the wonderful, clever PS users who come to this ...
