Thanks Fletch. Testing the tree models (in a few rendering engines) is incredibly time consuming, but necessary. Part of my Jacaranda collection (a difficult tree to model).
The Jacaranda in flower was a little easier than the leafed version......and a nice small manageable file size of 7.4 Mb.

Leafless Poplar trees in winter. Fairly heavily populated in Skatter with more than 50 trees plus the all of the grasses. It slowed the render down quite a lot (11 minutes per pass), but still looks reasonable after only 10 passes. Used a little Bloom, took the temperature down to 6300 to give a lit...
