Fletch is right. The tonemapping settings are ignored in any presets. Twilight actually does it's own tonemapping. Exponential wasn't included because it was believe that few people ever used it. We will look into what it will take to implement it though.

First , LOVE the lighting. Wow. The only weird bit is that the garden on the left side is brightly lit but I don't immediately see the source of the light. I think the fire is seriously awesome.

There have been 3 or 4 similar reports of this. I'm fairly certain this is a result of interaction with other ruby scripts. Do you use any ruby organizing scripts like smustard's Organizer or something similar that modifies the plugin structure?
