If you are using the progressive methods, you probably won't notice a difference in speed. For the Low - High methods, I'd have to test it, but I'd guess the HDRI would be faster but may not look as good.

Hehe... I think I know what's up. Look back at your image, and look at the top listing in the Twilight menu. It says [Wood Floor]. Since Twilight sorts alphabetically, "[" comes before everything else. So it's there, just in the wrong place. Why SU lists the name without the brackets somet...

Oh, huh... ok. Let me look into it. I don't think this is the same issue as Tom was having (can you scroll the menu up and down freely?). I think it' something else.
