ICU Patient Room and Rooftop Garden

These renderings are from an Intensive Care Unit addition. The first two images are of the proposed roof garden and the third is a typical patient room. My Process was Twilight with sketchy linework overylay then pencil overlay on top of that. (Thanks Fletch for your help on uploading images!)

Here is one of the raw Twilight renders. I only do a few basic reflections and lighting becuase I do so much post process.

Hm. It's quite good... increase exposure, and show to client - methinks they will like very much.

Ok, your first images are really nice with PP etc...
But I think that with a little bit more works on the TL render process, you can have a great result too...My opinion...

Thanks for the comments guys! In this case the client actually requested for a sketchy artsy look so thats why I went in this direction.
