The last addition (?). The leaf is from 3d warehouse. Again easy 09 around 90 passes. No post work.

I really like the way you did the wick glow, I think that adds a lot of realism to the shot...

How did you do the wick glow?

@pdwyer, the wick is modeled, but the glow simply comes with the png image of the flame I've made. See the attached close up of the model.
