This is a quick animation test using Sketchy Physics... Not sure why the video flickers...

It looks like you haven't unlocked Irradiance cache, hence the flickering.

Awesome video!
Irradiance cache shouldn't be locked because there is moving geometry. Obviously the cache won't be valid from one frame to the next with moving geometry.
Those flashes are more like 'light leaks'. Maybe someone can make a suggestion for avoiding those?

This is the one thing I've never taken the opportunity to test in Twilight.
Did you check the 'reuse lighting information'?
this is still one important feature that needs a little more attention.
Chris is right, that because the objects are moving reusing the light cache may or may not produce the results you will desire. The only answer is to use high settings when rendering animations. (Easy -> High or High+)

I've tried another one... this one uses [Easy -> High+]
The flicker is a bit less, but very present...
I still have to try rendering the animation with the 'reuse lighting information' checked

The light leaks are still present even with the 'reuse lighting information' checked... I stopped the render process before it finished.
I'm considering going unbiased: 5passes using MLT. So far it takes 2min per frame and there are 160 frames... it should be done in the morning.
I attached a preview that shows the quality of the animation. (yay no light leaks)

I remembered something last night. I was making some demo scenes and was getting light leaks. I increased the scale of the entire scene (maybe 2x?) and the leaks stopped. Try that. For total realism, scale is important, but for this, you can definitely get away with it.

The light leaks are then probably due too big mesh size which is still hard coded ... Am I right?

I updated my mesh detail issue in the render settings, but don't know which was distributed last.
