For all the question arises: how to do it. There is no universal solution. The situation depends on the complexity of the model and how many axles has. I have a number of ways. In order to avoid more questions...

Wow! That's a really great technique. I knew that SketchUp would reuse a surface's "texture seed" (or whatever you want to call it), but never thought to use it that way.
