Tom, the last one is indeed very good ........ except for the trees.
What I do in such a case is, before I let fotosketcher or PS have a go at it I lower the resolution of the trees significant and replace them in de original.
This way the watercolor effect of the tree is more realistic and not too detailed in comparison with the rest of the drawing
The great advantage of NPR in architectural presentations is that it leaves some parts to the imagination and you don't need to put in all the details to get a really good photo realistic picture.
