Its a great scene and I really like the lighting and atmosphere. Although the image seems to have suffered some degradation due to noise removal?

thanks yes i did a "reduce noise" with photoshop.so the render lost very details especially the texture of the wall painting

Yes, it needs to "cook" a bit longer.
Are you sure about the horizontal wood grain texture on doors and bookshelves?
Real Libraries do not stack books on shelves like that.

An update

The lady behind the desk is too light compared to the scene lighting.

The doors seem to be flat on the wall - need more depth.
