Hello,

Interior Oostereiland

Beauty work, Highlander!
People must right-click and choose "view image" to see them at proper resolution. The forum is blowing up the images for some reason (at least on this monitor).
Straightening the verticals will fix most of your AA problems. Doing it with the camera is much easier than in post pro, but you can do this in post pro as well automatically with Shift-N - check it out.

Hey Fletch thanks for the comment.
What do you mean by straighten the verticals, this scene is set-up with camera pro in SU.
Do you have one of your always great examples.

The camera is pointed slightly down towards the floor. This is causing the verticals to widen in perspective as they move up the image.
It's a very quick fix in photoshop, but you will lose the edges of the image. If you know ahead of time, you can either
It's a very quick fix in photoshop, but you will lose the edges of the image. If you know ahead of time, you can either
- make the rendering a bit wider knowing you will trim the edges in post-pro,
- you can set up the cam to be perfectly horizontal, which results in nice verticals,
- you can try messing with SU's 2 point perspective feature. The problem with it is that if you pan inside the 2 point perspective, Twilight can not render that image. But if you change your camera to "2 point perspective" in SketchUp, and set up a scene with that as the camera, then it will render just fine. It's a bit fussy, but if you place the camera in just the right place, sometimes you when it switches to 2 point perspective it will be just perfect, not requiring any panning.
