sketchup animation and a question
sketchup animation and a question
I have a question to fletch: would not it be better for the "start animation" and "end animation" frames and not seconds to make? The selection of frames is much more accurate.
Re: sketchup animation and a question
Well done with your animation!
SketchUp presents all of its scenes and animation in seconds (seconds transition, seconds delay, etc) so we went with seconds to be consistent with SketchUp.

Re: sketchup animation and a question
thanks for the quick response. I had misunderstood; sketchyphysics is not sketchup animation. seconds then of course correct. thank you

That is an awesome animation. How many cores on your computer for the 14 hr time?
Re: sketchup animation and a question
hi continuousqa, a laptop with core i7 (4 core) and geforce GT555M. the processor temperature was 82 degrees celsius. (normal 38)

Great job!
How did you get the camera to move so well with the box as it is processed by the machinery.

Re: sketchup animation and a question
hi fletch, I break from the renderjob, then I do "camera follow" on the box holder (claws) and start the rendering again with the broken frame. that is the reason why I opened this thread. thanks fletch
