Another office renovation

Another renovation project of a dated office building. The first image shows the firm's new lobby design, the second is to show prospective new tenants what their office space could look like with the building's new larger windows and higher ceilings. Both were rendered on Easy09 at 3200 px wide. The office space rendered for almost 48 hours and is still grainy, I think my lighting needs work.

Well done compositions and material editing. Lighting is an important factor in interior renders.
