With the limited info you've provided, it's really difficult to say... :|
It works fine for me...

Have you tried to make a very simple scene and export it to a XML file...?
If it works, then there must be an issue with the model/scene you can't export...
Cheers

i exported the same file with Exporter from KT (SUExporter) and it works
then the same file exportet via TWL Exporter and the KT file is loaded with nothing.

But i will try moore and you do not have to worry at the moment...

If the SU2KT plug-in works, then TWR should also be able to handle it... :|

The great thing with the XML export function in TWR is that all Materials, lights etc. applied for TWR will also work in KT... :D

Strange... Really strange...
Are you able to strip the model and send it to support at twilightrender dot com...??
I'm sure Fletch will be able to debug it... ;)

is this another .obj imported into SU?

If so, change the Grouping Method to "Per Material" in the Advanced Tab of the Render dialog, then re-export.
page 15 of User Manual wrote:It is not likely that you will need to change this method. Try this method if
having trouble exporting a scene to XML or to help in more easily editing
materials in Kerkythea.

it is an imported 3ds. But let my first ask how is it possible to load a big obj file into SU. Is there a good freeware somewhere?

If you need a obj importer for SU, take a look on TIG's Import OBJ with Materials.
