WIP: A gust of wind

Post by massimo » Sat Dec 04, 2010 8:08 am

First shot, trying to find a good setup and lighting.
The flame is a png with a point light inside.
The candle's material is the wax from Alex's translucent library.
The chandelier is a metal template a bit tweaked, with a texture and a light bump.
The lighting is made with three slightly yellowish IES emitter planes.
Easy 09 115 passes and no post pro of any kind.
Perhaps I will add something to the scene. :)

Thanks guys. :D
Well the candle's material is the "milk" one and not the "wax", my mistake sorry.

Thanks Gareth. :D
Added something and changed a bit the lighting due to the fact that with a coloured background the IES panel in foreground became visible in the render. Only 60 passes this time. Perhaps the first version is better... :!
