Chelsea Apartment Kitchen
Re: Chelsea Apartment Kitchen
I think you were talking about 2 different things. You were talking about glare effect and I presume Frederik was talking about IES effects on the walls.... As far as I know glare is not possible in Twilight at moment..... Correct me if I am wrong.

In this instance I have used IES Spots.Frederik wrote:Yes...Dan_ddd wrote:Is it possible to get that effect within Twilight??
Just use an IES as spotlight...

This image does not show the glare that you get from using a Supanova in Gimp. The spots in my Scene are also Fymoro's spots
So the question is "Is it possible to get the same effect as the Gimp Supanova/Sparkle/glare directly in Twilight" At the moment, like Sepo, I can't see how it would be possible without a massive hike in render times as you would need to create a bulb just like the real thing. 1000s of polys....
Re: Chelsea Apartment Kitchen
I do apologize... I misunderstood...
You can't get the glare effect directly in TWR, but need to add this in post pro...
I thought you meant the light beams on the wall, which easily can be achieved by using IES files...
Sorry for the misunderstanding...

Never mind.... it's only a 30 second add-on in GIMPFrederik wrote:I do apologize... I misunderstood...
