Birdie chair
Re: Birdie chair
Personally, I like the clean version. Great work as usual.

Alvis,
That is awesome. Your sketchup skill has always inspired me. I made the purchase thru sketchucation for this specific tutorial. Is it possible for me to submit my piece of furniture so you can do the tutorial for it so everyone to have a chance to purchase?
Thanks,
James

Re: Birdie chair
You are clever . The model is simple . And as I understood, not required tutorial , only the model
Or the tutorial, which you purchased, it was useful to you?

Re: Birdie chair
I've purchased the Birdie Chair. It's useful for me. As for my chair, I am having a hard time doing the back. Where and how would you start?
thanks,
James

Re: Birdie chair
james.....did you model and render that chair....!!
if so, WOW...!!
geeeez this place has an abundance of talent.....and i am beginning to think that modelling some of this furniture stuff is more difficult than modelling a building...!!
....there was a time that i wasn't very interested in you furniture guys because my principle interest is architecture.....but times have changed over the past year or so

Bravo!
It's perfect, I can not see a difference with a real photograph of a real chair, need I say more ...
