Great images. May I ask some questions on lighting? What sort of lights are used for the recessed downlights? They have a nice appearance. The rooms look quite bright, are the visible fixtures augmented by some ambient lighting?

Final proposal and render after a long discussion with client ( Hopefully no more changes).... At last can go for my year end break

pbacot:- I use LEM (low voltage) for the illumination plus an selected ies spot light below the light.
