32 bit TR V2.x on SU 2013 - will it access RAM above 3 GB

Hello
This may be a dumb question. Will 32 bit TwilightRender 2.x capable of utilizing 32 GB RAM on SU 2013 - again a 32 bit software ?
Would 64 bit TwilightRender 2.x be much faster on 64 bit SU 2015? by accessing all the RAM?
I am a bit confused. Would I see a very significant speed difference on the latter?

Thanks in advance

Um, speed difference - maybe a little, but the main difference is the ability to render larger scenes.

If you are using 64bit O.S. - please use SketchUp 2015 64 bit and Twilight 64 bit version for SU2015. There are no 64bit versions of Twilight for SketchUp other than for SU2015.
SU2013 is not 64bit, and therefore hits the 3Gb wall (probably 2Gb, actually).

As Fletch said, only SketchUp 2015 (and any future versions) is 64 bit. Everything before that is 32 bit and can not access more than what is typical for a 32 bit program for your OS (somewhere between 2GB and 4GB).

Thank you very much Fletch & Chris for your replies. So, till the release of 2015 64bit, visualizers using Sketchup 2014 & older had been managing with 2 to 3 GB of RAM? In spite of having 16 or 32 GB installed?

Thanks is advance

That is correct.
32 bit programs running on 64bit systems are limited to 32bit limitations - which means limited RAM usage capability.
