Twilight Render V2 Professional

The following terms apply to Twilight Render v2 Professional, including v2.0 and all later versions unless otherwise specified.

The Twilight Render Professional (or 'Pro') Plugin for Trimble SketchUp (Software) is licensed to the Purchaser with the following terms, per license purchased:

• Software is licensed per user. 
• Software may only be used by the Purchaser or his/her appointed Agent, but not both.
• Software may only be used on one computer at a time.
• Software may be installed on as many devices as is deemed necessary by the Purchaser or Agent. 
• Purchaser may assign any Agent as necessary to use the Software, in compliance with the above terms, in place of the Purchaser.
• Purchaser may re-assign an Agent as necessary, but may not reassign an Agent more than once every 90 days.
• The produce of Software, including but not limited to images, movies, 3D scenes, and 3D models, may be freely used for any personal, educational, or commercial purpose.
• No User, Agent, or any other entity may make available for download, or any kind of electronic transmission, any part of Software.
• Twilight Render LLC reserves the right to monitor license activations and temporarily block or permanently terminate a Purchaser's / Agent's ability to activate the Software if piracy or a violation of the licensing terms above is suspected.

 

In plain english, this means that for every license you buy, you can install and use Twilight Render on as many devices as you want, provided it is only used on one computer at a time and is used by only one person.

*Organizations that wish to activate Twilight Render on a single computer for use by multiple individuals (a 'rendering station') may do so under the terms of the previous Twilight Render V1 license in which one, and only one, computer may be activated per purchase.

 

Twilight Render V2 Hobby

The following terms apply to Twilight Render v2 Hobby, including v2.0 and all later versions unless otherwise specified.

The Twilight Render Hobby Plugin for Trimble SketchUp (Software) is licensed to the User with the following terms:

• Software does not require the purchase of a license, however Software must have been acquired from a legitimate source, ie. www.TwilightRender.com.
• Software may be installed on as many devices as is deemed necessary by the User or Agent. 
• User may assign any Agent as necessary to use the Software, in compliance with the above terms, in place of the User.
• User may only install Software, in accordance with these terms, on computers with which the User is authorized to make such modifications.
• The produce of Software, including but not limited to images, movies, 3D scenes, and 3D models, may be freely used for any personal, educational, or commercial purpose.
• No User, Agent, or any other entity may make available for download, or any kind of electronic transmission, any part of Software.

 

In plain english, this means that Twilight Render V2 Hobby is free to use and the images you produce using it may be used for any purpose, including commercial use.

 

Twilight Render V2 AddOns

The following terms apply to Twilight Render v2 AddOns, including v2.0 and all later versions unless otherwise specified.

A valid and legal license for Twilight Render V2 Professional must be purchased and activated in order to access any Twilight Render V2 AddOn.  In addition, each and every AddOn is licensed separately and a license for each must be purchased separately.

The Twilight Render AddOns for Twilight Render V2 Professional (Software) is licensed to the Purchaser with the following terms, per license purchased:

• Software is licensed per user. 
• Software may only be used by the Purchaser or his/her appointed Agent, but not both.
• Software may only be used on one computer at a time.
• Software may only be activated on installations of Twilight Render V2 Professional for which the Purchaser holds a valid Twilight Render V2 Pro license.
  
• Purchaser may assign any Agent as necessary to use the Software, in compliance with the above terms, in place of the Purchaser.
• Purchaser may re-assign an Agent as necessary, but may not reassign an Agent more than once every 90 days.
• The produce of Software, including but not limited to images, movies, 3D scenes, and 3D models, may be freely used for any personal, educational, or commercial purpose.
• No User, Agent, or any other entity may make available for download, or any kind of electronic transmission, any part of Software.
• Twilight Render LLC reserves the right to monitor license activations and temporarily block or permanently terminate a Purchaser's / Agent's ability to activate the Software if piracy or a violation of the licensing terms above is suspected.

 

In plain english, this means that when you buy a license for a Twilight Render AddOn, you can activate it on any installation of Twilight Render V2 Professional, as long as you are also the license owner for that installation of Twilight Render V2 Pro.

 

In addition to the above terms, Twilight Render LLC provides access to the Twilight Render User Forum, including access to the Red Carpet Technical Support and Resources forums for licensed Twilight Render V2 Professional users.  Access is not provided as a component of the Twilight Render Plugin for Trimble Sketchup.  Instead, it is offered as a free service by Twilight Render LLC.  Access to the forums is not guaranteed in any way.  Users who are deemed disruptive or rude may be banned from the forum without any notice, at the forum moderator's discretion.
