Leedeetee, I have an nvidia GTX 570 video card, so the grass didn't slow it down a lot. Still, I kept it in a hidden layer during SU work.

Easy09 @1600x1600. 2 hours on an old Core i5 750. Default TWL sky, added a little yellow tint to the sun and placed a background with Tomasz' "Bring My View Back" plugin. Grass created with MakeFur plugin. No post-pro.
