My first recommendation is to choose a more interesting spherical sky. Metals and shiny plastic look much better when they actually have something to reflect.

Welcome Tom! Definitely this is an anti-aliasing issue. The first, biggest issue is the use of Interior-Preview. That preset is for creating previews, just as the name suggests.
