You will need a very good computer to render animations.
Do not light with emitters (fake emitters are perfect and render fast but if they are set to emit light into the scene, they take a long time to calculate, so set the emitter material to be "fake") and us spot lights. Avoid translucent materials. Avoid blurry metals. Those are the major time users in animation rendering.

Number of frames per second of animation and resolution of the rendered animation are the other major factors in determining how long it will take to render the animation per frame and ultimately render it completely.
