correct, it would appear actually .1cm (10mm) is the low end for the size a spot light radius can be.

Changing the sketchup component manually will not change it.

But, this does not look bad to my eye.

This scene (no matter which version of SketchUp you are using) requires you to download the IES file linked above, and then to open the SU scene, then edit the light with the Twilight Light Editor, then for the IES locate the file on your local computer.
