Hi Chris-

As noted, I updated before trying again... still doesn't give that option.

It's set up at home so I'll have to look later this afternoon to ensure it's running correctly, but I downloaded & installed without any issues.

thanks,
Andrew

Ok - after restarting, I can get the library.

However, when I render, I get a log window with errors:

16:07:50: Error loading Twilight Render Deep data for material : 3460::Material1
16:07:50: Error loading Twilight Render Deep data for material : 3460::Material1
16:07:50: Error loading Twilight Render Deep data for material : 3460::Material1
16:07:50: Geometry Processing Time: 1 (s)

When I close the log window & click on SketchUp, the rendering appears to be going on normally, though clicking on the SketchUp window pops open a material editor with whatever material I just clicked on to re-activate SketchUp.

Any ideas?

thanks,
Andrew

Sometimes a material gets created as a Deep material but is just empty. The next release will have better behavior for that. In this case, just find the material in question and assign it a flat template. That will get rid of the message.

Hi Chris,

Please forgive my ignorance, but I'm not sure how to determine what's causing this - is there a way to determine which object(s) are using the texture in question?

I don't think it's the glass I've just created, but not sure.

thanks,
Andrew

Open the Twilight Render Template Material Editor. Click the drop down button at the top next to "Select Material" and it will popup a list of materials in your scene. Search for the material called "Material1". Select it, then apply a template to it.

Ok, got it - wasn't working, but found I had to also do this in the Deep editor.

Thanks!
Andrew
