Back from the dead

Post by philipyeahh » Mon May 25, 2020 4:55 pm

Hi all,

After a hiatus of many years I'm once again enjoying Twilightrender in its fabulous version 2!!!

I used to be active on these forums under the handle Flipya but don't have access to the associated email address anymore so decided to make a new profile. If there's any way to access the old one I'd love to continue there (@fletch, wink wink).

Aaaaanyway, Corona kind of killed, or hopefully paused, my prosperous career helping startups enter the European market so I decided to pick up my old hobby/profession of doing architectural renders. Please bear with me when I ask really stupid questions I would've been able to answer some years ago.

Hope you're all safe and healthy, and looking forward to sharing my (most likely ridiculously horrible) results from getting back into modelling and rendering.

Cheers!

cheers, Flipya - we'll see what we can do about your old profile.
First, you have to prove you are who you say you are.
What is the right way to sharpen an image in photoshop?

Hahaha well there's many ways, but back in the days I'm pretty sure I used to merge all layers to a new one, run a high pass on that, and then set that to probably something like overlay or soft light at whatever opacity looks best :D
and rinse and repeat as needed of course....

Good to be back, and only kidding about that old profile of course, don't want to add to your most likely considerable workload :^:
