looking for talent

I am looking to hire someone with knowledge and experience in 1. SketchUp 2. Twilight 3. Sketchy Physics for a presentation i am creating.
I would render the animations on my computer but need help from this person in doing modelling and setting up some of the animations and good textures and render settings.
Where is the correct forum / marketplace to post to find such a person?
