Here is an exterior and interior of a proposed new build we are looking at doing.
The exterior is from the bottom of the section looking up at the rear of the house.
Not an exciting design but a nice site. I did add some more shrubs to hide the rough cut grass but it detracted from the house too much I thought.
The interior is from the lounge looking back down the small lake. Some funny reflections going on with the slider open so 2 layers of glass.
All in put appreciated.
Cheers Neill

These are great promotional shots, good work!
The vegetation around the pond... you need to get some more photos added to your rendering library that you can pull from for post-processing in this type of situation.

Re: A couple of new shots
Thanks for the positive comments Fletch
Here is another one with more plants.......to me they look like they are plonked in there. Hard to make it look natural even though they are plants that naturally would grow in this location.
Maybe I need to tidy the rough grass area up a bit.
A couple are ozzie plants.....
Also the original photo of the location just to give some idea of the setting.
Cheers Neill

Re: A couple of new shots
Great renderings indeed, I would suggest you turn on the downlights inside and render the interior that way.

Cheers for that unclebim.
I have a fake invisible emitter in the ceiling for the interior maybe I should turn that up a bit.
Its supposed to be a winters afternoon (NZ winter) so was trying to avoid interior lights but you are probably right.
The model is geo located and the time of year and day is as per the 2 photo's.
Cheers

Re: A couple of new shots
I would rather insert proper IES lights in the downlight components instead of using an uniform emitter surface in order to achieve realistic light distribution, by lighting the perimeter of the room via the downlights the room will look more spacious and cosy.
