I'm new to TR, working on a Mac platform and my learning curve is a bit slow (wishing there was a user's manual somewhere),... and I just upgraded my system to the "Yosemite" 10.10 OS. I now get an odd hole or blank spot in my screen soon after starting my Twilight Render-ing explorations after using SU for a while. It doesn't go away until I shut down SketchUp (and TR along with it).
You can see in my screenshot, sorry about the image size (a forum limitation), that this 'blank' rectangle overrides everything and cannot be moved. Any ideas?

Re: New System Conflict?
This is a problem that showed in V1 and we corrected it. Apparently the fix didn't make it into V2.
We apologize, we found out to late about the problem to make it into M1. We will fix it for M2 which we hope to make available in just a couple of days.

Thanks, Chris,... good to know I'm not alone. It never happened before I upgraded my system but you guys are on top of it so all is good - thanks.

For learning Twilight V2 - Please see online user guides and video series all linked in my signature. - Even a user manual would not help you with this dialog box issue.DesignR wrote:I'm new to TR, working on a Mac platform and my learning curve is a bit slow (wishing there was a user's manual somewhere)...

Re: New System Conflict?
Thank you for these, Fletch. I did find a manual for V- 1.4.5, just now, so I'll check that out. I just need more details than these current materials offer.
I'm loving the render results so far but they're taking HOURS and still never complete - but I'll keep working with it until I can get the PRO, which I'm looking forward to getting.
