Re: Architectures editor saturation won't work
I have no experience using that website, and Twilight Render is obviously not affiliated with them. If you find a bug with it, you can try contacting them.
To fix material saturation in SketchUP: You can save the image as it is and import into your scene as a new material. Then adjust the color in SketchUp's material editor - change to the HSB settings in the Edit Material tab for SketchUp (not the Twilight material editor) and drag the S (saturation) slider down to desaturate the texture image. Twilight Render will render the texture based on those changes.

Re: Architectures editor saturation won't work
Maybe it's because I'm using MAC OS Ventura, but I don't see those options on my SU editor. See attached.

Re: Architectures editor saturation won't work
Did you maybe try to select the material you want to edit and then click here?

Re: Architectures editor saturation won't work
I am still having problems with getting 13 columns. And when the first time I tried to respond, I got this message:
10:21:20: Beginning Twilight Render resource downloaded.
10:21:53: An error has occurred downloading Twilight Render resource components.
LibreSSL SSL_read: error:02FFF036:system library:func(4095):Connection reset by peer, errno 54
10:22:22: An error has occurred downloading Twilight Render resource components.
LibreSSL SSL_read: error:02FFF036:system library:func(4095):Connection reset by peer, errno 54
Is there anyone I can call or text about this? If I can't fix this problem, I will have to tell my clients to get another artist/architect for this job.

Re: Architectures editor saturation won't work
Sorry to hear of the trouble, you are the first to report this error that I know of. I'm not sure what is causing the error.
I don't know what you mean "13 Columns", sorry.
The most important part of the download is the 165 light components which you can download directly here:
Subject: Light Components Combo Pack 165 light fixtures
Are there other components in the download that you need which are particularly required for your client's project?
Some of the other components, skies, lights, models to download directly are here:
Sky maps:
Subject: Spherical Skies Pack 1
Subject: Spherical Sky Sea
Subject: Treeline Spherical Sky
Various Models:
Subject: Trees and Landscaping Bushes Plants and Cars Components
Subject: BMW 750i Car Ready to Render in Twilight
Subject: Component: Bench "Adam" by designer Frama
Subject: Component - Chair - Masculo Lounge Chair
Subject: Pillows and Wicker / Ratan Ottoman "Poof" or "Pouf"
bonus not included in the download:
Subject: 23 Cars and 3 Trucks from Paul Russam 18 trailers
These should be loaded already for you with Twilight (see Environment Presets), but just in case:
Subject: Warm-Cool Photo Studio
Rotation maps for unique metal effects:

WORKING NOW
Apparently, I had not signed in so I was operating under a free version. Signed in to my PRO version, and everything worked once I also used Google Chrome instead of Safari for my texture editing.
