Couldn't help it

Post by olishea » Fri Oct 16, 2009 2:58 pm

Michalis amazing apple model at SCF

HDR only, no sun
flint template
satin plastic floor
Camera F number 2
PP: some noise reduction-not worth cooking it much longer

Twilight is so easy to use :^:

Crystal + Apple = Crapple

Makes sense to me...

GREAT render... :gj:

My only crit would be that the apples could use a sub-smooth or something, to make them a bit "rounder"... ;)

thanks a lot. twilight has made me wanna make interesting images again!

Yes I agree it's a bit jaggy, I dont think they are meant for compositions this close up . I'm not subsmoothing because it will ruin the UV mapping :( :o

Michalis knows how to do this though, maybe I will ask.

What preset is best for caustics?
