Render only a portion of an image...

Post by tomsdesk » Tue Oct 27, 2009 6:28 pm

Seems like the area or material that needs the most fussing is always in the bottom of an image...any way to render just a portion of an image?

Unfortunately, at this time, no. The render engine doesn't support that.

- Duplicate your scene tab so you don't mess with the original camera
- Go to Twilight's camera tab and enter a higher "Lens Focal Length". For example, If you want 3x zoom, triple this value.
- Use the SketchUp "Look around" tool to aim your shot, and hit render.
