Issue Twilight Render license activation Render Denoising AddOn

After completed purchase and activation of the Render Denoising AddOn can be used only 3-4 times after that turn on the result becomes dark (see attached file below)
Please help what to do?

Sorry to hear of this trouble.
This could be due to a lack of VRAM on your video card, it could be that the denoising plugin is not finding the correct device (gpus/cpus)
Please share your specs for your machine, include RAM, Video Cards, CPUs, etc.
You can also choose the preferred device in the Twilight Options>Settings

In addition to what Fletch said, check the Log (the button right above the denoiser settings that says "Log"). If you are running out of memory, or encountering some other GPU error, it will display it in the log.

So, it was working, and then stopped working. Can you please tell us what you believe changed between when it was working and when it was not?
I have gotten the black screen when the video card ram was low (when I greatly increased the resolution of the image I was rendering)
