Typical window pane would more accurately be 2 layers of glass half an inch apart (use architectural glass common template)
There is nothing, in this case, for the glass to reflect. It is reflecting a blank wall or black nothing behind the camera. So you will need to give the glass something to reflect, whether you insert in image as a plane behind the camera or build something into the scene such as the other side of the room, but something more than a beige blank wall.

To increase brightness or reflectivity in the glass you can increase the default IOR of 1.52 to something like 1.8 or even 2.2 or choose a different more reflective glass template.

The model of the door/window is very simple and you will increase realism if you make the window frame more accurate to real life. I suggest just downloading a much higher quality door model from 3D warehouse if you don't know how to build it.
