I know, I know.....

Well I am not going to say it because it is the ki55 of death to projects when I do so, for your delectation and delight is, not do NOT say it please, another car.
I am adding details so as not to overburden my old pc, one at a time. Each time wondering how much detail I need for realism. Getting there. Shut lines and component lines are the hardest because making a part of the component a darker colour has consequences on the angles you can render from or it looks like someone has taken a marker pen to a cardboard cutout.
Anyway I put the car through Twilight because3 this is where imperfections in the bodywork show up and I get a better idea of where faults lie, or where I forgot to delete a component/group copy. I WILL be rendering this properly.
The car in question is under 11.5 feet long is a touch under 4.5 feet tall and about 5 feet 3 inches wide so not big. There will be a four cylinder (2 Cylinder) boxer engine between the rear wheels with fuel tank and batteries under the interior floor. There is reasonable space for five and when I get the engine right, there will be a standard rear located boot/luggage area. This is rather small at the moment but the engine requires work yet. All suspension and drive shafts are in place and the steering column requires just a small tweek for the shaft to fit. Right now if you sat in the drivers seat it would 'split the difference and be very uncomfortable.
For the proper render I am thinking a studio (Physical) and a floor of the wet tarmac that is on the forum here somewhere.
Not quite Mr J's trams but it keeps me out of trouble and everyone else's hair for the most part.
Any thoughts are welcome, I am still uncertain on how to model the side moulding gaps but I am going to thunk a bit and see where that gets me. Right now a cup of herbal tea and a read of Mr Pratchett to wind down before sleep.
I hope you are all safe, wherever you are folks.
