That last one is a lovely image! The strong sunlight and shadows don't match the HDRI. In my experience interiors like this want a softer light. (see the kitchen with yellow wall for example Subject: Kitchen with Cathedral Ceiling and slanted yellow wood on wall)

I know, I struggled for ages and it looks like a handrail for a giant (5.5' off the deck makes for a weird handrail).....
