I have added a wall cutout box to allow a better setting for looking up the stairs while retaining a good FOV. Despite FF Denoising there is a fair bit but size of render and time explain this.

I think you are talking about the stairwell light which is an emergency unit for very steep stairs. Offset steps.

OK. I thought it must be something like that. It is kind of distracting to me. Is the first thing I see when looking at the images. Especially when looking from the ceiling.
