I quite like the idea of this table lamp which I found https://3dsky.org/3dmodels/show/table_l ... car_spring but try as I might was left with a render of what the cheesecake levels.

I could not work out what was going wrong but eventually tracked it down to using an external render style.

Kicking myself fo most of the day over that but I iz a hooman after all

so what does it look like on a table and lit up?

No idea yet, waiting for the muse to come back from holiday. Not even a wish you were here postcard. Typical.

Only thought I have so far is the desk render I did some time ago, with the lamps replaced.
