20' X 10'. I have used some inspiration from Majid's 'Alphabet design' phylosophy with this, the arch of the lower case 'r' is the entry point with study area in the upper floor.

Not finished, several pc errors still being resolved so slowly goes each step.

The hdri is a night time town centre but might need to be knocked back a bit for a better result.

Are you going to have some interior lighting?

Thanks mate, faffing with lighting balance now tbh. Small spaces are rather difficult to get the balance right. For me anyway.

Getting much better! :rspkt:
Finding the right point of view, adjusting the camera angle and composition, and adjusting the right lighting are really challenging. I almost always benefit from reference images.
