What if my license doesn't work anymore? [V1]

The license for Twilight Render is connected to your computer's operating system ID. So anytime you change computers or install a new operating system, your previous license won't work.

When that happens, just send us a new license request (go to Options -> About, and click on the "Request License" button) at licensing [at] twilightrender [dot] com with a brief explanation of the event, and we will get you a new license as soon as possible, free of charge. Make sure to include the name and / or email you used when originally making your purchase so we can find your account information.
