Anyone Willing to convert a MAX file to SKP for me?

I've got a .MAX model (with all textures in a folder)... I don't have max on my machine . but would love to play with the scene and use it for a project I'm working on. It is an extremely detailed scene - which I would be happy to share to the community post-texturing and UVmapping to perfection if someone would convert it to SKP for me
