House
Re: House
Excellent work. Your materials are always great and your attention to detail is something I try to learn from every time you post.
Are the purple flowers and the foreground bushes 3D models? If so, it's a nice blend of 2D and 3D vegetation.

Re: House
Thanks for the comments. Shrubs and flowers are 3d models. I made the flowers, but the shrub is from the collection of XFrog.

Re: House
Well, one could presume that this is the photo of the house you are going to render ... Respect!
(I consider the handrail on the second floor not suitable for kids. It would not get permit in many places.)

Re: House
For safety, Unclebim is correct, but I believe that code is required for public buildings, not private homes... at least it used to be.
It would depend, in the States, on local inspectors/local regulations. But it's definitely a good idea not to create a ladder for kids to climb when they are so high off the ground.
I like the lighting/look of the building, perfect. The green of the leaves for the trees and bushes seems "wrong" somehow, could be darker perhaps? The person's exposure also seems not to match the exposure/gamma of the image.

Awesome work!
Actually handrails go from 90 to 120cm, even if we talk about fire escape stairs or wide/narrow terraces. It depends on each country design code.
