Do all the other features of Twilight Render work?

So, just to clarify - where did you click Scene/View? Are you referring to the SketchUp Scene Tab?BOB MIRDIFF wrote: ↑Sat Nov 04, 2017 4:50 am ...when I click on the Scene/View SketchUP completely crashes...
I'm not sure how that could be tied to Twilight Render at all.
Try disabling Twilight Render as an extension and restart SketchUp and see if the problem remains.
Or, try un-installing Twilight Render and verify that Twilight is the problem.

Thanks for the response. This is not a SketchUP Problem. It only concerns Twilight. This is the View Button (Far Right) on the Twilight Toolbar. The other Twilight Buttons work fine. Once you click on View, the SketchUP Session crashes! I have tried Uninstall and Reinstall for Twilight which has not made any difference. I have also tried Disable/Enable 'Hardware Acceleration,' without success. The Drivers for my Graphics Card are all up to date too. File Size and Complexity do not make a difference either - Even without the View being intialised, I have been able to create renders on 25MB Files, with a High Resolution Setting - However, 'Initialising the View' isquite fundamental to the whole process.Fletch wrote: ↑Mon Nov 06, 2017 5:26 pmSo, just to clarify - where did you click Scene/View? Do you have a 4K screen? (likely not, with your specs, but just verifying)

We'll test it out. 32 bit installs (especially of 2015 and 2016) don't get the same level of testing because there are so few users for them (in fact I didn't even know there was a 32 bit version of 2016!).
It definitely sounds like there is a bug specific to that configuration and we'll get it looked at.

I haven't been able to reproduce this using SU 2016 32 bit. It doesn't crash for me.
Try this:
Add a couple of scenes (move the camera between scenes). Then open the TWR Animation Editor and click the "Show the animation path" button (the film strip button). Does that crash?
If so, the problem may be related to your graphics card (which would be very out of the ordinary).

I cannot even get that far Chris! I am not able to do anything that involves the 'Scene Menu' - Clicking on that crashes the session!Chris wrote: ↑Tue Nov 07, 2017 8:28 pm I haven't been able to reproduce this using SU 2016 32 bit. It doesn't crash for me.

There are in fact many users operating similar configurations! I work out of The Philippines - Where typewriters are still used! A colleague has SketchUP 2016 and Twilight Hobby loaded on a similar machine and it works fine.Chris wrote: ↑Tue Nov 07, 2017 7:29 pm We'll test it out. 32 bit installs (especially of 2015 and 2016) don't get the same level of testing because there are so few users for them (in fact I didn't even know there was a 32 bit version of 2016!).
