Small dots on rendering

Any ideas what these small dots are on my rendering?

Are you using an HDRI background together with preset Easy 08 Exterior?

it appears as if you are perhaps using the NK metal library with the Easy08 setting, and unfortunately there is an issue with those metals with that setting.
They look great in Easy Medium+ and above, and look best with Easy 09 or 10, but they cause these 'dots' called "fireflies" in Easy 08 for some reason. We are working on this...
