Ta Fletch, These things can take a while to get the right 'mood' or 'Muse'.
I have added a HDRI and selected 'Filmic' post pro, nothing fancy just getting the feel of the scene.

Thanks, Majid. Still looking into a bit more oomph for this, partularly the underwater lights.

The key to this scene is to balance the lighting.
That means to have the above-water lighting (especially the atmospheric lighting like your moon and sky) not be too bright and to be in balance with the lights on the walls and underwater. The lights on the walls may need to be lower power as well. Remember to DISABLE SHADOW for your water material.
Then use Filmic tone mapping to tweak the look.
Remember that warm lighting looks better in images... check out the lighting color in this example below.
The turquoise color which worked best for me is: RGB 18 213 242

I have rendered a lot of pools and in my experiments the best is to paint inner walls of pool the color of turquoise
